Bulk Cement Blending Skid


Description
Except for cement job designs employing liquid additives, every job will require the blending of neat cement with additives. Additives will be used to increase or decrease density, lower cost, retard, accelerate, or to reduce friction pressure, fluid loss and free water. The accuracy of the addition of the additives and uniformity of the blend can significantly change the desired outcome of the cementing job. Our blending system is computer controlled to make the chemical addition accurate and the blending process more efficient. The system is designed for portability and can be used in remote development fields as a temporary bulk plant or as part of a permanent facility.
