INTRODUCTION:

SERVAgroup is now offering a great deal for cementing companies who are looking for a way to have top quality equipment at an economical price. The concept is that we provide you with a kit that has almost everything you need to have to build you own cementer truck. We have a proven design with superior performance and many options.

BASIC SUBASSEMBLIES:

The kit is intended to be an almost complete with only a few items missing, principally the truck. In other words, you provide the truck and we provide almost everything else. The kit will be completely functional system with most wiring, hoses and piping. Of course there will probably need to be some adjustments in mounting frames due existing truck brackets etc. The design is configured for driving the triplex pump from the truck engine. As such you will need to have a transfer case installed in the truck for driving the triplex pump.

The major component packages are:

• Mixing tank, 14 bbl, two compartment with centrifugal pumps all mounted on a subframe ready to mount on your truck
• Triplex pump with mounting frame and powerend lube tank
• Operator platform with console completely wired, with gauges and necessary controls
• Displacement tank
• Hydraulic power pack with mounting frame, reservoir, filters and pumps
• Mix water centrifugal pump with mounting frame
• Fitting basket and iron racks

KIT STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

• 14 bbl mixing tank, two compartment
• SERVApump 5x6 centrifugal pump, hydraulically driven (for recirculation)
• SERVApump 4x5 centrifugal pump, hydraulically driven (for transfer)
• Mini-HEMI recirculating mixer (best in the industry)
• Cement metering valve (best in the industry)
• Air separator/diffuser
• SERVApump Triplex pump, 600 hp input capacity
• Powerend lube tank with filters, relief valve and pump
• Operator platform complete with hand rails and ladder (attaches to the mixing tank and displacement)
• Console, stainless steel, with air valves, throttle controls, transmission control (if using HT750 transmission), stainless bezel liquid filled gauges
• Displacement tank, stainless steel two 10 bbl compartments complete with manifolds, valves and mounting frames
• SERVApump 2x3 centrifugal pump, hydraulically driven (for mix water)
• Hydraulic power pack, 180 hp complete with mounting frame, stainless steel hydraulic tank, filters and pumps
