DESCRIPTION:

The Model PIS-500 system is a complete skid mounted pumping unit. This unit was designed for portability and has a rugged crash and lift frame. It can be used for a variety of pumping services including cementing, acidizing and fracturing within the limits of the available horsepower. The skid is especially designed for corrosion resistance including a stainless steel skid and lifting frame. An optional remote control system makes the operator's job easier, giving the operator the option to be away from the unit noise and provides a measure of safety. A number of options are available for varying levels of safety.

• (1) HT750 ALLISON transmission
• (1) SERVApump TPA600 X 4-1/2" Dia Plunger Triplex Pump (other plungers are available)
• (1) SERVApump 4x5 centrifugal pump (for boosting the triplex pump suction)
• (1) Fuel supply, 60 gal day tank capacity
• (1) Air reservoir, 40 gal
• Radiator or seawater cooling of engines

1. 490 HP with mechanical fuel injection system; higher horsepower can be obtained with electronic fuel injection or other engines. Higher horsepower engines will require a different transmission
