PS654-8K modes are rated at 9000 lbs., with a stall point of 11,500 lbs. (first cable wrap) with adequate power input. The final drive worm gear reduction has a 60:1 ratio with an overall ratio of 470:1, giving the winch a no-load line speed of 14 ft. per minute. All Pierce electric winches come complete with solenoid assemblies and metal covers. They also include a 15 ft. hand-held control.
